MUMBAI:Kanchan warns Neel that he will be destroyed if he dares to mess with her. Neel, unfazed, questions her attitude, pointing out that she hasn’t achieved anything on her own. He remarks that her father, Mahesh, gave her the company, and it is Riddhi who actually runs it. He taunts Kanchan for merely giving orders, to which Kanchan sarcastically notes how well he knows about her company.

Neel reveals that Parameshwari informed him about everything. He states that Mahesh treated employees like family, but under Kanchan’s leadership, they call her “Hitler.” He adds that people in the business world tolerate her only because of Mahesh’s goodwill. Furious, Kanchan challenges Neel’s assessment of her abilities, but Neel boldly claims that if he were in her position, he could double the company’s profits in just two days.
Kanchan dares Neel to prove himself by managing the company as CEO for two days. Neel accepts and demands complete control. Kanchan ups the stakes—if Neel fails, he must leave both the house and Riddhi’s life. Confidently, Neel agrees, secretly planning to manipulate events in his favor. He learns that a London client wants to meet Riddhi but won’t visit India due to the heat. Seizing the opportunity, he convinces Riddhi to go to London, ensuring she won’t interfere in his plans.
Meanwhile, Sumati finds Manjari in tears and learns about her troubles with Pratham. Shocked, Sumati confronts Pratham in a dream sequence, where she slaps him and threatens to call the police. Pratham wakes up, realizing it was just a nightmare, but it leaves him deeply unsettled.

The next day, Neel tricks his mother, Sumati, into giving him her blessings before heading out for work. At the company, Kanchan formally introduces Neel as CEO for the next two days. As they sign the agreement, Neel confidently declares that he will be in full control, warning that anyone who disobeys him will be terminated. Kanchan is left stunned by his audacity.
