MUMBAI:Pratham tells Manjari he won’t ask her to forget what happened between them on Holi, as it could mark the beginning of their relationship. He expresses his desire to reveal their love but admits he can’t due to ongoing family issues and his unsettled career. He asks if she understands, but Manjari remains silent. He reminds her of their constant fights, saying hate is the first step to love, and confesses his feelings.

When Manjari questions his sincerity, Pratham swears on Kanchan. Manjari, touched, accepts his rose, confesses her love, and shyly runs away. However, Pratham reassures himself that he managed the situation with his acting, hoping things will smooth over once Neel’s family leaves. Meanwhile, Neel calls Manjari, putting Sumati on speaker. He seeks her help, but she refuses, lecturing him on the dangers of drinking and driving and mocking his role as CEO of a wine company. Her words spark an idea, and he abruptly ends the call.
Later, Neel unveils a campaign promoting safety and health, believing it will boost the brand’s image and sales. When an employee questions the outcome, Neel insists on prioritizing people over profits. Kanchan and Kamlesh observe, with Kanchan deeming Neel’s actions foolish. Pratham recalls lying to Manjari about his love. She brings him a sacred thread for his audition and ties it on his wrist before hiding as Kanchan arrives. Kanchan notices the thread, and Pratham lies about visiting the temple. She advises him to focus on work instead of behaving like Neel’s family.

Once she leaves, Pratham returns the thread and asks Manjari to stay away from his room. She questions how long they must hide, but Pratham reassures her he’ll find a way. At the office, Kanchan confronts Neel, calling his campaign a disgrace to the company. Neel defends his plan, warning that everything is recorded and a case against her could cause trouble. Kanchan, unfazed, declares that her employees will not support him, leaving Neel to face the challenge alone.
