MUMBAI: Seema and Gayatri argue over Prarthna’s marriage to Shivansh. Gayatri believes Prarthna doesn’t love him, while Seema insists that love can grow after marriage, just as it never existed between Prarthna and Raunak. Seema feels fate brought Prarthna and Shivansh together and that love will follow. Meanwhile, Prarthna answers the door and meets the household staff as Shivansh introduces her as his wife, revealing they were married the night before. Prarthna walks away, unsettled.

Bua Maa unexpectedly arrives, confronting Smita and shocking her. She cryptically remarks that the past always returns and questions if Smita is afraid of being seen with her. When Smita asks why she’s there, Bua Maa reveals she came to invite the family to Shivansh and Prarthna’s reception. Smita is stunned by Bua Maa’s connection to Shivansh and refuses the invitation. Bua Maa subtly threatens her, saying she must attend if she wants answers—especially for Raunak’s sake—and leaves after taunting Raunak about losing Prarthna.
Raunak, furious after seeing the invite, vows to make Shivansh regret the marriage. Meanwhile, Bua Maa and Tanya help Prarthna prepare for the reception. Though Prarthna thanks them, she remains suspicious of their motives. Tanya urges her to invite her family. Raunak, on the other hand, shares a secret plan with Mayank, declaring Prarthna will return to him and that Shivansh will be left shocked.
Elsewhere, Shilpi coordinates catering with a nurse, assigning Priya/Preeta the task. Payal meets with Smita and shares her inability to dig up information on Shivansh. Determined to get rid of him, they hatch a dark plan—Payal suggests poisoning the party food to create chaos, giving Smita time to act. Smita agrees, and Payal bribes a caterer to execute the plan.
As the reception begins, Shivansh eagerly awaits Smita and Raunak’s arrival. Bua Maa informs Tanya about Shivansh’s hidden plan targeting Smita. Prarthna’s family arrives, welcomed warmly. When Smita and her family arrive, Shivansh announces he wants to define their relationships. Smita cryptically says she already understands enough. Raunak gives Shivansh a bouquet, using a thorn to prick his finger and mockingly promises to destroy his happiness.

Later, Shivansh takes Prarthna to the dance floor for a romantic performance, further aggravating Raunak. Smita holds Raunak back from reacting, but Prarthna grows uncomfortable with Shivansh’s gestures and ultimately leaves the function, upset.
