Personal fitness mantra?
I am a very wrong person to be asked these questions as I visit gym only because I get to meet some friends there. Some of them motivate me to work out or else I am a very lazy human being.
Personal diet mantra?
There is no particular diet I follow as such; I eat everything.
Are you a foodie?
Yes, I am a food addict.
Exercise routine?
I try going to the gym at least 4 times a week.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian?
Though I am a strict non-vegetarian, I balance it up by eating sufficient vegetarian food.
Favourite cuisine?
I love anything which is cooked by my mother. Apart from that, I have lately developed a taste for Thai food.
Favourite dish…
I love eating momos from this particular outlet called Momo Farm. I am also fond of chole bhature and aloo ke parathe.
A must on your breakfast table?
It is good to have breakfast in the morning but I don’t feel hungry so soon in the day. So I tend to have a glass of juice.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee…
A regular coffee.
Lunch generally consists of?
My lunch consists of a whole meal…dal, rice, roti and vegetables.
Dinner generally consists of?
I prefer eating something light for dinner and often have grilled chicken.
Dessert delights?
I love Indian delicacies such as gulab jamun and variety of ladoos.

The most unusual dish I have tasted so far is Sushi. I cannot understand how people develop a taste for such a weird dish.

Yes, I do know how to cook.
Fitness tip?
I often advise people that one can eat whatever he/she wants but it is very important to burn them out.
