The very ravishing and exquisite Sneha Wagh, who was well acclaimed for her stout figure on Imagine TV’s Jyoti, seems to have undergone a fitness spree as she is now seen to be playing Ratan in Veera on Star Plus. In a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, she disseminated a few tips on staying physically fit and fine for our lifestyle segment.
Personal fitness mantra?
Eat right and eat healthy however don’t over eat.
Personal diet mantra?
I don’t think twice before eating.
Are you a foodie?
I can proudly say that I am a big time foodie.
Exercise routine?
I don’t really exercise much as I perform power yoga and it keeps me healthy.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-veg?
I am a non-vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine?
It should be Tibetan and Chinese as they are always on my list.
Favourite dish?
Any Tibetan or Chinese dish would do.
A must on your breakfast table?
Eggs are a must on my breakfast table.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee?
Of course, I’d always have coffee and tea with sugar.
Lunch generally consists of?
A usual roti along with chicken and a bowl full of rice would do it.
Dinner generally consists of?
I prefer something light like Maggie and dark chocolate.
Dessert delights?
Gulab jamun is one of my favorites.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)?
Ice tea.
My favourite drink (alcoholic)?
I am a non alcoholic.
Most unusual dish I have tasted?
I haven’t tasted anything unusual as of now.
Experiment with food?
I love experimenting with food as long as it tastes good.
On the streets I love to have?
Paani Puri.
Do you cook?
Yes. Of course I do.
Fitness tip?
Sleeping well is the first fitness tip on looking trim.
