How important is money to you?
Money is very important in life but it is not more than family and relations.
Are you an impulsive buyer?
One can call me a mediocre on that front.
What are the investments that you have made?
I have invested in some policies and FDs (fixed deposits).
What has been your most expensive purchase?
I recently bought a Ford EcoSport for myself.
Do you feel financially secure?
Yes, I am financially secure.
Who handles your expenses?
Both I and my wife handle the expenses.
What was your first salary?
When I was in school, I used to earn Rs 500 per student of the lower grades whom I gave tuitions to.
How much money do you carry every day?
This depends from person-to-person. I personally feel the need to carry Rs. 3,000 – 5,000 every day in my wallet.
Your advice to new investors?
I would like to advise people that savings are very important but it is also important to splurge money but with a little bit of caution. After all we try to earn more to
live a better life.
