Personal fitness mantra: I keep myself busy with some physical activity like sweating in the gym or playing some outdoor game.
Personal diet mantra: Mostly I prefer to eat home cooked food as it’s more hygienic.
Exercise routine: I try to hit the gym at least 4-5 times a week when I do 35 minutes of weight training and 10 minutes of cardio.

Yes, good food is very important to live.
Are you a foodie?
I love food, I am an absolute foodie.
Are you a veg or non-veg?
Non –vegetarian and I only eat chicken and mutton.
Favourite cuisine: Mughlai and Chinese
Favourite dish: Dal makhani, butter chicken and chilli chicken.
Favourite restaurant: 5 Spice and The Dhaba.
A must at my breakfast table: A glass of milk
Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... Tea with lots of sugar.
Lunch generally consists of… dal, chawal, roti, salad or yoghurt.
For high-tea you would prefer …. Good day biscuits or a chicken sandwich
Dinner generally consists of… When I am at home it’s a non-veg meal but if I am shooting then I have whatever there is on the sets.
Dessert delights: I don’t have a sweet tooth but I love ice-creams which you will always find in my refrigerator.
One thing I can’t resist… Butter chicken and Hyderabadi biryani
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… Canned juice and masala chaas
My favourite drink (alcoholic)… I don’t drink
At parties I have… Juices, colas and whatever food is served. I am not fussy.
Most unusual dish I've tasted… Karela (bitter gourd)
Experiment with food… Since I cook my own food whenever I am at home I keep experimenting and fortunately all the experiments turn out well.
On the streets, I love to have… Pani puri and tikkas.

Your favourite recipe…
Sarwar’s special chicken
Ingredients: - 300-400 gms boiled chicken cubes, 1 egg (beaten),1tsp ginger –garlic paste, salt to taste , ? tsp ajinomoto, 11/2 tsp chilli sauce, 2-3 green chilli (chopped),1 tsp vinegar , 1 tsp soya sauce, coriander leaves to garnish. Oil for frying.
Method : - Take a kadai put chicken in it and add all the ingredients expect coriander and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 30 minutes and then heat oil in another kadai and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish with fried rice and chicken manchurian .
