I try to work out and be fit.
Abs are necessary?
Over all fitness and a nice flat stomach is necessary for me.
Current workout routine?
Nothing, as currently I am enjoying rain and having fun.
Diet chart?
I don't follow any diet but I eat healthy.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
Never.
What would you recommend for a quick 20- to 30-minute workout?
It would be a nice warm up later jogging and lastly 15min cardio.
How do you stay motivated?
I just train my mind and stay motivated. I think a person should not bother about looks as health is more important. Looks matter but our first priority should be good health.
What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?
My greatest fitness is that I have a nice toned body and I am very proud of it.
How much do you weigh right now?
I don’t believe in checking my weight as I do BMI (Body Mass Index).
Your cheat food?
Chocolate.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
My upper body because it is very lean and I am proud of my collar bones.
What time do you work out?
Morning.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
Yes, I ogle at the girls in gym as I feel envious seeing them fit.
Gym attire?
I wear anything that is comfortable.
