Beautiful and petite Charlie Chauhan has featured in Channel V’s Best Friend Forever and has also participated in the couple dance reality show Nach Baliye on Star Plus with her boyfriend Kunwar Amar (Dil Dostii Dance). She is someone who believes in living life to the fullest.
So let’s talk to this lovely lass and find out as to how she manages to stay fit?
Personal fitness mantra: Frankly speaking, I don’t follow any fitness mantra.
Personal diet mantra: I eat everything from butter, to cheese, to sweets. Then too I don’t even exercise to stay fit. I guess it is God’s gift to me that I am thin.
Exercise routine: When I was in school, I used to practice gymnastics, but now I don’t exercise.
Are you a foodie? No, I am not that fond of food.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Earlier, I was vegetarian but during Nach Baliye I became very weak and my doctor advised me to start having non veg food.
Favourite cuisine: Indian.
Favourite dish: Crispy bhindi cooked by Kunwar.
A must on your breakfast table: I don’t mind having aloo paratha for my breakfast every day.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: Tea with lots of sugar.
Lunch generally consists of: Depends upon my shoots. If I am at home, I have a whole meal.
Dinner generally consists of: Nothing is fixed.
Dessert delights: Gulab Jamun.
One thing I can't resist: Nothing as such.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): I hate juices but sometimes I have milkshakes.
My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t drink at all.
At parties I have: Well, you won’t believe Kunwar and I hate going to parties. We only party twice a year that is on our birthdays otherwise we prefer a house party.
Most unusual dish I've tasted: Can’t recollect.
Experiment with food: I don’t, but Kunwar likes to experiment with food so ultimately even I have to.
On the streets, I love to have: Chaat.
Do you cook? I can’t cook, but Kunwar is a very good cook. He checks all the recipes online and later cooks for us.
Fitness tip: Well, since I don’t have any fitness or diet mantra, I would tell everyone to eat everything and enjoy life.
