How do you keep up your fitness level?
I work 12 to 16 hours a day and walk for around five kilometers. I also work out without fail. And of course, I have sex every day as it burns my calories to a great extent!
Which gym do you work out in?
I go to the Fitness gym. I would not recommend it myself, but I frequent it as my coach is available there.
How many days in a week do you spend in the gym?
Well, this is not fixed, but I manage two or three days a week at least. I make it a point to walk along Juhu beach every day. I don't work out on Sundays. In fact, I don't do anything on Sundays at all!
How many meals do you have in a day?
Music helps him relax? Not really, chanting OM does
Five meals, and that's because I have a beautiful lady by my side who cooks amazing food!
Which one of them is most important to you?
My breakfast is the most important of all. I grab boiled eggs, milk, cornflakes, or a combination of any.
What kind of a diet do you follow?
I don't follow any kind of strict diet regime, but yes, I take all possible proteins and vitamins.
Does your profession affect your health?
I can't say that because whatever I am today is because of my profession. But yes, our work schedule varies every now and then and that at times is a problem. You know our body is like clay and we are potters, the way we mould it, it's going to take that shape.
Do you ever avoid eating anything?
Nothing at all. I love eating, be it the most fattening food! In fact, at least thrice a week I hog rabri, but work out equally. I do not believe in steroids, they are not worth taking at any cost.
Some thing special you like to drink?
I drink lots of fluids. A glass of nariyal pani, buttermilk and fruit juice are a must for me every day. I don't have any hard drinks and nor do I smoke.
What's your mantra for relaxing?
After work and a day long shoot, half an hour of chanting 'OM' relieves me of all tiredness.
Do you intend do more yoga stuff?
No, at my age, what am doing is enough..
