MUMBAI: Ananya publicly accuses Adit of attempting to molest her, prompting Adit to deny the allegations and call them baseless. Kapil encourages Ananya to speak up, and she recounts how Adit asked her to stay back for work and later attempted to assault her in Mangal’s office. Adit insists he told her to leave and accuses her of seeking revenge for past criticism.

Kapil confronts Adit about his behavior, pointing out his known negligence at work, but expressing shock at this serious accusation. Adit maintains his innocence, while Ananya asserts that no woman would tarnish her own reputation without cause and pleads for justice, turning to Mangal for support.
Kapil demands an apology from Adit, who refuses, fearing it would be seen as an admission of guilt. As a result, Kapil fires Adit and calls Mangal to his office.
Later, Adit informs Sowmya about the accusation, but she abruptly ends the call. Sowmya then contacts Ananya and scolds her for damaging Adit’s reputation beyond repair. Ananya warns Sowmya to stay silent or risk being exposed as the mastermind behind the false allegation.

Meanwhile, Kapil vents to Mangal about Adit’s behavior, stating he’s ready to blacklist him professionally. Mangal defends Adit, asserting she knows his character and asks Kapil to hear his side. Though skeptical, Kapil grants Mangal three days to prove Adit’s innocence—otherwise, he threatens to pull his investment from Pehla Swad.
