MUMBAI: Adit packs his belongings, regretting not quitting sooner. Kapil warns Mangal not to jeopardize the company, but she refuses to back down. Adit is suspended, enduring hushed insults as he leaves. At home, Kusum notices his distress, but Adit hides the truth, promising to arrange funds for her surgery.
Mangal investigates, while Ananya stirs unrest among employees, calling the workplace unsafe. The staff threatens to quit unless action is taken. Kapil urges Mangal to drop the inquiry, but she stands firm, demanding three days to uncover the truth.
The employees, moved by her integrity, apologize for doubting her. Mangal, relieved, vows justice—whether it exonerates Adit or condemns him. Ananya is left stunned as the tide turns in Mangal’s favor.
