MUMBAI:Adit tells Mangal that she cannot understand his pain because it is his parents who are suffering, not hers. Mangal is devastated, while Sowmya recalls how she tampered with evidence after spotting messages from an electronics dealer on Mangal’s phone.

Mangal confronts Adit, demanding to know how he can say that his parents are not hers. Adit avoids her, and Sowmya comments that he does not even like talking to Mangal. Frustrated, Adit leaves, with Sowmya following him. Heartbroken, Mangal prays to Maata Rani, struggling to comprehend Adit’s words. Meanwhile, Sowmya pretends to console Adit, exploiting his vulnerability to get closer to him.
While cleaning, Mangal accidentally breaks their wedding photo frame. Elsewhere, Adit apologizes to Sowmya for Mangal’s actions. Sowmya assures him that he does not need to apologize and manipulates him into signing the divorce papers, insisting it is for his well-being. Hesitant at first, Adit eventually gives in and signs. At the same time, Mangal injures herself on the broken glass, symbolizing her shattered relationship. Pleased, Sowmya declares that Mangal will soon sign as well.
Later, Sowmya places a garland on Sudesh’s photo, shocking Mangal. She claims to have arranged a Shanti Pooja for his soul, but Mangal objects, fearing it will traumatize Kusum. Sowmya dismisses her concerns and declares that the ritual has Adit’s approval. When Mangal insists on speaking to Adit, Sowmya coldly reminds her that she has lost the right to interfere.

Sowmya then hands Mangal the signed divorce papers, ordering her to leave. She taunts Mangal, saying Adit no longer wants to see her and that she should stop calling herself “Mangal Saxena.” Stunned, Mangal stares at Adit’s signature, recalling the love they once shared and the betrayal she now faces.
