MUMBAI:Sowmya firmly warns an anonymous caller not to harass her family by calling the landline every day. Just then, a worker informs Mangal that the pooja samagri is ready. Hearing Mangal’s name over the line, Sowmya immediately hangs up. Adit walks in and questions her. Sowmya tells him they no longer need the landline. Meanwhile, Mangal reflects on how Kusum and Ishana refused to speak to her when she tried revealing the truth. Still hopeful, she dreams of buying a house and bringing them back home. “Until then,” she says, “hearing your voice is enough.”

Adit asks why she wants to get rid of the landline. Sowmya explains that she wants to cut down on bills and asks him not to misread her intentions. She reminds him they’ve been married six months and adds she’s thankful for her stable income—unlike his. “I don’t know why people stopped trusting you after your accident,” she says. “I’ve cleared the home loan, it’s in my name now. I’m doing everything I can as your wife, and I want to avoid unnecessary expenses.”
Adit agrees and shares that he’s seeking an investor for his project. He promises to contribute to the household soon. Sowmya accepts that, and Adit leaves for a presentation. At home, Mangal tells Kapil’s mother she’ll take her to the doctor tomorrow for her knee pain. Kapil watches quietly. When she asks if he booked the appointment, his mother scolds him. Mangal assures them she’ll take care of it and walks out.
Kapil’s mother tells him Mangal would be a perfect match for him. Kapil warns her not to entertain such thoughts, saying if Mangal finds out, it’ll make working together awkward—and she’d never step into their home. Pratima overhears the exchange.
Later, Mangal books an appointment at a natural health center for Pratima. While on the call, the nurse puts her on hold to take another request—it’s Adit, asking for an appointment for his mother. The nurse says all slots are booked. Hearing his request, Mangal offers her slot for the out-of-town patient. The nurse agrees, unknowingly connecting the two strangers. Adit asks her to thank the person who gave up the slot, and the nurse passes on his thanks to Mangal.
Back home, Mangal misses her family. She calls GP International School, asking if Akshat is enrolled there. The staff refuses to share the information. Mangal pleads, “I’m his mother—just say yes or no.” They confirm Akshat is not studying there. Saddened, Mangal wonders where her son is, as no school she’s contacted has him enrolled. But she remains determined—she’s gathered the funds and is ready to fight for legal custody.
An employee tells Kapil that the next day’s event will be a success. Mangal enters and asks Kapil to review a sample. He instead suggests she check out the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur. Later, Sowmya notices Adit making coffee. She teasingly says, “You could’ve made one for me too if you’d told me.” Adit shares his plan to attend the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur.

Kapil asks Mangal to manage the event the company is organizing. Mangal declines, urging him to go himself. Kapil explains he has OCD issues and a doctor’s appointment—he believes Pandey gave him an infection. He pleads with Mangal to take charge, saying, “You can do it. Please represent Pehla Swaad and my business too.” Mangal hesitates. Meanwhile, Kusum asks Adit why he wants to take her to Jaipur. He replies, “It’ll be good for both of us.”
