MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Alka nervously telling Megha that she knows exactly how Manoj will react once he finds out Arjun is alive. Megha, firm in her decision, urges Alka to tell Manoj the truth. Not waiting for an argument, she pulls Alka away to confront the situation.

Elsewhere, Manu is coughing heavily as he steps into the washroom. Concerned, Aruna knocks and asks him to open the door. When he comes out, she questions him about the coughing. Manu brushes it off as nothing serious. Aruna probes further, asking if he coughed up blood. Manu lies and says no, hiding the truth. Aruna warns him to let her know if something like that ever happens and watches him head back inside.
Worried but composed, Aruna tells herself that since Manu’s symptoms haven’t worsened yet, there’s still time. She approaches Manoj and asks him to arrange for a doctor. Manoj hesitates, saying it’s difficult to get one here and suggests she go back to India for treatment. Aruna, clearly hurt, reminds him that he’s the king of Bandipur—can’t he even manage this for her? Manoj eventually agrees. Aruna silently plans to tell the doctor about Manu’s condition and push for a surgery.
Meanwhile, Megha arrives with Alka. Manoj senses something is up and asks them what’s going on. Megha says Alka has something important to share. Both he and Megha urge Alka to speak, but all Alka manages to say is that the food is ready. Manoj walks away, and Alka, clearly shaken, hurries off. Megha follows and throws sharp words her way, accusing Alka of staying silent for years to avoid Manoj’s wrath—he would’ve questioned why she hid Arjun’s truth for eight long years.
Just then, Manu runs in calling for “Maa.” He hugs Megha and tells her she’s his real mother, adding that Alka is just like Manoj—a bad person. He surprises Megha by saying he has something for her and leads her away. Aruna watches Alka from afar, disappointed.
In a sweet moment, Manu gifts Megha his favorite teddy bear. She’s touched, asking why he’s giving away something he cherishes. Manu tells her she’s made many sacrifices for him, and now it’s his turn. He reveals he read the letter Megha wrote. Megha hugs him tightly and says she wants something more special than a toy—she wants her daughter to live as a girl. She gently puts flower jewellery on him and asks him to close his eyes, celebrating his true identity.
Aruna walks in and is moved by the sight. Megha tells her they were just playing, while Manu excitedly says that Aruna helped save Megha. Megha thanks Aruna for her support.
Later, Manu asks Aruna why she hasn’t told Megha the full truth yet. Aruna assures him they’ll reveal everything in time. Manu, filled with emotion, calls her “Papa.” Megha overhears this and smiles, heart full. Manu asks if they can all live together, and Aruna nods. Megha silently thanks God for this moment. Manu then heads to the washroom.

Meanwhile, Megha gently nudges Aruna, recalling how he once mentioned his son. She opens up about her own loneliness over the past eight years and says she’s ready to let someone in again. Curious, she asks to see a photo of Aruna’s son, just for fun. The question stuns Aruna. Megha lightens the mood, saying it’s nothing serious. But Aruna, taken aback, reacts in Arjun’s voice and scolds Megha playfully. Megha smiles and insists her Arjun still loves her. They embrace.
Realizing that Manu has been gone too long, they rush to check on him. Alka arrives just then. Aruna tells her that Manu isn’t opening the door. With rising panic, Aruna breaks it open—only to find Manu unconscious on the floor.
