MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Aruna gently placing Manu on the bed. Manoj arrives and is immediately alarmed to see blood coming from Manu’s nose. Alka informs him that it’s time for the surgery. Upset, Manoj scolds everyone for not noticing Manu’s worsening condition earlier. Manu admits he had hidden his symptoms because he didn’t want to worry anyone. Aruna urges Manoj to call the doctor.

Later, Manu shares a quiet moment with Megha, expressing how he always wanted to be like her—but now, he feels fate is against him. Megha asks him not to lose hope. Manu then says that Arjun came back too late, and now he might not get to play with his father. Arjun assures him they’ll still have that chance. Megha stands firm, telling Manu that Bandipur’s troubles won’t break them. Arjun also promises things will get better, though he’s worried about how to keep Manu’s true identity hidden from the doctor.
Elsewhere, Alka is still haunted by the memory of Manu scolding her. When she learns Manoj is in the godown, she rushes there and makes a shocking confession—Manu is actually a girl. She claims Megha is manipulating Manoj to use Manu for the bone marrow transplant, and that Megha plans to run away with both Manu and Arjun after the surgery, now that Arjun is alive. Alka accuses Megha of trying to take Manu away from her.
Just then, Arjun steps in and sarcastically praises Alka for her performance. Stunned, Alka realizes he overheard everything. Arjun ties her to a chair. Megha arrives, and Arjun tells her she was right about Alka all along. Manu walks in, and Megha calmly allows Alka a final moment with Manu. In tears, Alka pleads with Megha not to take Manu away—saying she won’t survive without the child. But Megha responds that Alka brought this upon herself.
Meanwhile, Manoj’s men drag the doctor in against his will. Confused, the doctor asks what’s going on. Manoj offers him a large sum of money to perform the surgery. The doctor insists on examining the patient first. Manoj takes him to Manu and asks about his medical history. Megha provides the necessary information. When Manoj asks where Alka is, Aruna lies, saying she went to the temple. Irritated, Manoj complains about her leaving at such a critical moment, but Aruna suggests doing an aarti for Manu’s recovery. Surprisingly, Manoj agrees and even joins in for Manu’s sake.
Aruna sees this as a problem—she won’t be able to secretly speak to the doctor about Manu’s identity if Manoj is present during the ritual.

Later, Megha quietly informs Aruna that the doctor is Bengali. Understanding the cue, Aruna begins singing the aarti in Bengali. Manoj is confused and asks her why she’s using another language. Megha brushes it off, saying the language doesn’t matter. Once the aarti ends, the doctor speaks briefly in Bengali, raising Manoj’s suspicions. He asks what was said between them. Megha tries to steer the conversation back to the surgery, emphasizing the urgency. But Manoj doesn’t trust her. Alka appears and declares that she’ll reveal the truth about what’s really going on.
