MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Alka lying to Manoj, saying she had informed Megha and Aruna before heading to the temple. Just before that, Arjun had revealed to Alka that everything happening now was part of his eight-year plan. Alka tells him it’s pointless now — the doctor has arrived, and he can’t hide Manu’s truth anymore. She warns that Arjun and Megha might end up putting Manu’s life in danger.

Arjun changes the topic, saying she hasn’t met her father in years. Then he shocks Alka by playing a voice recording of Ghooran, revealing that he’s kidnapped him. Alka is stunned. Arjun reminds her he once saw her as a sister, but now he’ll be watching her closely. Aruna tells Manoj that Alka had gone to the temple with her permission. Alka then asks how he can doubt her when Manu’s life is at stake. When Manoj asks about the doctor, the doctor says he’s mentally prepared to do the surgery. Alka pleads for the surgery to begin. Manoj warns them to stop playing smart and walks away with the doctor. Arjun tells Megha their plan is finally coming together and this time, they’ll surely make it back to India. Megha prays for Manu’s safety.
The doctor prepares for surgery. Megha comforts Manu, but Manu suddenly runs off. Megha follows and asks what’s wrong. Manu says he doesn’t want anything from Manoj, afraid he might turn out like him if he takes his bone marrow. He wants to be like Megha and Arjun instead.
Megha reassures him. Arjun compares people to soil — capable of becoming anything. He ties a piece of cloth with soil around Manu’s wrist. Megha tells him he can shape his own future. Manu hugs them both. Arjun says this is the final stretch. The surgery is done. Later, the doctor tells Megha and Arjun it was a success — Manu will be fine by tomorrow. Both get emotional. Alka silently decides to tell Manoj everything, without Arjun finding out.

The next morning, the doctor leaves a painkiller shot for Manoj. Megha brings Manu in. Aruna says she’ll take Manu to the hospital and asks Megha to come along, but Manoj insists he’ll take Manu camping and tells Aruna to go to the temple alone. Megha tells Arjun that Alka won’t stay quiet. Arjun reveals he’s planted an audio mic on Alka. Alka, troubled, decides she must do something. She writes a letter to Manoj and slips it into his jacket pocket. Just then, the lights go out. Megha kidnaps Alka in the chaos. Manoj falls down and notices the swings and chairs moving around. He looks up and sees Arjun holding a rope.
