MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Alka playfully teasing Megha, saying she’s been receiving flowers for the past seven years, and this year would be no different. She then turns to Mannu and calls him for lunch. Mannu, wanting Megha with him, asks her to join. Alka reassures him that Megha will come and gently guides him away.

Meanwhile, a tense situation brews elsewhere—Ranjeeta is stunned when she sees a document. She confronts Kirpal, furious to find out he had arranged a death certificate for Megha. Shocked and angry, she lashes out at him. Kirpal, however, calmly justifies his actions, saying this clears the way for her and Surendar to transfer the house to his name. But Surendar isn’t having it—he beats Kirpal in rage.
Later, Megha lovingly feeds Mannu. He confides in her that Golu teased him, saying he looked like a girl. Megha gently asks what’s wrong with being a girl. Mannu innocently replies that boys are supposed to be strong, not girls. That hits a nerve. Megha calmly challenges the idea, pointing out how both she and Alka are strong. Deep down, she silently vows to raise Mannu with the right values. Mannu tries to explain he meant other girls—not Megha or Alka. Megha reminds him that girls and boys are equal, even if they have different roles. Curious, Mannu asks why Manoj always scolds him for being emotional.
Alka joins them and declares that whatever Manoj says is always right. She paints a grand future for Mannu—saying he’ll be the king of Bandipur one day. Megha counters, telling Mannu a real king treats everyone equally. Alka doesn’t like that and accuses Megha of twisting things. She informs Megha that Manoj will be back by evening.
Back at home, Kirpal taunts his parents, asking if they’re still waiting for Megha. He insists she’s never coming back—it’s been eight long years—and reminds them how Arjun’s family blamed her for everything. He pressures them to transfer the house to him so he can settle in Canada with Riya. Ranjeeta loses her temper and shuts him down, firmly declaring that Megha and Arjun are alive. She refuses to sign anything, calling out Kirpal for his heartlessness. But Kirpal, undeterred, says he’ll eventually get the house anyway—once they’re gone. He drags Riya off, saying they’re late for the movie.
Later, Megha urges Alka to let Mannu follow his heart. Alka mentions Mannu’s eighth birthday is tomorrow. Megha says he deserves to know the truth someday. But what if he doesn’t accept it? Alka brushes it off, saying they’ll deal with that when the time comes. She tells Megha they need to stop Mannu now, because Manoj won’t be able to handle it. But Megha disagrees—she believes Mannu deserves to live freely.
Just then, Mannu walks in, jingling with ghungroos, and begins dancing with joy. Megha beams and joins him, followed by Alka. The mood is light, the air is festive with “Nachle” playing in the background.

But the moment shatters when Manoj walks in and sees the ghungroos. Mannu freezes in fear. Manoj glares and reminds him he’s forbidden to dance. He raises his hand to slap Mannu, but Megha steps in. Mannu breaks down, apologizing. Manoj demands to know where the ghungroos came from. Megha owns up, saying they’re hers and it was her idea. That angers Manoj even more—he strikes Megha in front of Mannu. The child trembles at the sight. As punishment, Manoj declares Megha can’t see Mannu for the next 12 hours and takes the boy away. Megha is left shaken, dreading what else Manoj might do to her child.
