MUMBAI:The case starts again, Madhu’s lawyer Sinha says that Sanju tried to molest Madhu and now his family is lying to save him. You have to give justice to Madhu. Neeti thinks she can’t let Pari free Sanju from this. Sinha tells the judge that Madhu is married and loves her husband but Sanju had eyes on her. He got drunk in the party and tried hitting on Madhu, when she denied him then he took her to the room and then.. Sanju says enough, you are lying. That didn’t happen. Pari tells her lawyer Balli to say something, he says I don’t have much to say. Pari tells the judge that we need some time to work on the case. The judge gives them one hour.

Pari sits with Sanju, he says the lawyer you brought looks like a fool. Pari says we couldn’t find another lawyer at such short notice, we have to take Balli’s help only. Sanju cries and says I am paying for my sins. Pari says you haven’t done any sin, I am with you. Sanju says you were always with me but I wasn’t and I feel I don’t deserve you. Pari says stop all this. She feeds him food. Neeti sees them and thinks she won’t spare Pari. Madhu sees them and thinks Sanju will be jailed soon. Pari asks Sanju to eat but he says I don’t want to so she says I won’t eat then. Sanju says am I that important to you? Pari smiles at him.

Bebe tells Pami that they don’t even have a good lawyer. Neeti says that the witness hasn’t come till now.

Sanju asks Pari if she is sure their servant Jhanki will come and give a statement in my favor? Pari says she promised me. He asks about Dadi but Pari recalls Dadi shutting her down.

Everyone comes back in the courtroom. Vishal tells Sanju that he will be jailed soon. Pari says innocents don’t get punished and the real culprit will be caught soon. Neeti comes there and asks Pari why isn’t Jhanki here till now? Pari says I will go and call her.

The case starts again, the judge asks Madhu to come in the witness box and tell everything that happened. Madhu goes up and looks away. The judge tell her to not be embarrassed. Madhu says I arranged a party with my husband and Sanju was having drinks there. First, he mixed something in my drink so I started feeling dizzy, I asked him to take me to my room so he helped me. Balli says Madhu invited Sanju to her room. Madhu says I told him to leave my room but he locked it and tried taking off his shirt. He pinned me to the bed and tore off my blouse, I tried screaming but he slapped me.

Balli tells Madhu that you said Sanju was totally drunk then how did he keep you in the room? Sinha says Sanju is powerful and could easily control Madhu. Sanju says he is lying. Pari is trying to call Jhanki but her phone is switched off. Neeti says I knew it, she was never on our side. I am worried about Sanju, he can never do anything like this, she knows him the best. Shelly is surprised hearing that.

Sinha tells the judge that its a clear cut case, Sanju tried molesting Madhu. Pami cries hearing that. Balli tells the judge that they need sometime as their witness is coming. Sinha says they don’t even respect our time. The judge says I can’t give you anymore time. Jhanki arrives there so Pari gets happy.
