MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Digvijay telling Rani how grateful he is to Soham for saving their baby’s life. Still, he doesn’t want Rani getting close to Soham. When Rani questions his sudden distance, asking about his own friendship with Soham, Digvijay shuts the conversation down and tells her to stay out of it.

Ishaan calls Digvijay to discuss a surprise birthday plan for Rani. Digvijay turns to Devu for help, asking about Rani’s likes and dislikes. Devu gladly shares a list with both of them while keeping Rani distracted. Ishaan and Digvijay can hardly contain their excitement as they begin prepping for the celebration.
Later, Digvijay overhears Rani yelling at a delivery boy for not bringing her favorite ice cream. Seeing her frustration, Digvijay promises to get it himself. Rani impatiently tells him the exact name and brand of the ice cream, insisting she wants nothing else. He begins packing a bag and tells her he’s heading to Surat for a conference.
Rani casually suggests he could move his trip a couple of days later, but Digvijay brushes it off. In truth, the conference is just a cover—he’s secretly planning the surprise birthday bash. Rani, annoyed, vents to Devu about Digvijay going away. Devu hints that she could stop him if she wanted to, but Rani shrugs it off, asking why she would even bother.
The family gathers for a mango feast, and Alisha drops by with prashad. Baa is immediately taken with her and wishes she were their daughter-in-law. Gayatri reminds Baa that Rani is still very much part of the house, but Baa seems unbothered. Alisha learns from Gayatri that Rani’s birthday is on Saturday and that they’re distributing gifts at an orphanage. Sensing an opportunity, Pinky and Alisha begin plotting to ruin the celebration.
Elsewhere, Niranjan misses his daughter dearly. He tells Priti how he used to be the first one to wish Rani on her birthday. Though his heart aches, he acknowledges that she’s married now and has a new life. Priti assures him that Rani is happy in her new home, and her in-laws are taking good care of her. Niranjan quietly arranges a puja for Rani and her child.
Back at home, Rani and Devu begin packing toys for the orphanage. Just then, Digvijay and Ishaan arrive with the decoration supplies. Devu works to keep Rani busy so they can get everything in place without spoiling the surprise. Rani, feeling exhausted, decides to head to her room and rest. Ishaan quickly warns Digvijay that she’s on her way. Sensing something’s off, Rani asks Devu if she’s hiding something and steps into the room. Ishaan and Devu hide quietly, waiting for her to fall asleep.
Once Rani drifts off, the decorating begins. Balloons, lights, and flowers fill the room as the clock inches toward midnight. Digvijay waits for the clock to strike twelve. The moment it does, rose petals rain down on Rani as she opens her eyes, stunned. She sees the beautiful decorations and Digvijay singing happy birthday just for her.
Rani is overwhelmed and touched that he remembered her special day. Digvijay expresses his love, hands her the ice cream she’d been craving, and lights a small candle in it, asking her to make a wish. The two share a warm, emotional moment after what feels like ages. Alisha is watching and waiting for the perfect time to strike and ruin Rani’s joy.
