MUMBAI: The episode begins with Rani feeling unwell as she experiences stomach cramps. She speaks to her baby, asking for support in this difficult battle. Determined not to give up, she reassures the baby that they must fight together.
Divijay notices Rani in distress and approaches her to console her, but she refuses to listen. She then asks him if he truly loves her, leaving Divijay silent. Rani confesses that he is her first love and that she deeply cares for him. As Divijay recalls their moments together, he tells Rani that she entered his life like a tsunami, leaving him no time to process his emotions. He admits that he himself is unsure of what he feels. Rani tells him to take the hot bag away if he has no feelings for her. She breaks down emotionally. Alisha calls him. He ignores the call at first, but when she calls again, he finally picks up. Alisha insists that Rani needs to be taught a lesson, but Divijay warns her to stay out of it. He then tells her that they will meet at the hospital tomorrow. Determined to win Divijay back, Alisha plans to surprise him at the upcoming disciplinary meeting, where Kavita will ensure Rani gets expelled. Rani is troubled, unsure of what to do next. Just as an incident is about to unfold, Madhuri intervenes and saves her. Madhuri and Devu offer Rani reassurance, giving her hope that everything will be fine.
Rani notices Divijay’s clothes scattered in the room and begins picking them up. She finds a watch among them, realizing that Divijay never wears one. When she confronts him, he quickly snatches the watch from her hand, refusing to explain. Rani directly asks if Alisha gave it to him, but Divijay denies it and tries to change the subject. Feeling shattered, Rani realizes that despite being married to her, he is still involved with Alisha. She accuses him of never loving her and betraying her trust. Divijay insists that he never accepted Alisha’s gift and that Rani is misinterpreting everything. Rani, devastated, says she fell in love with the wrong person—a heartless man.
Baa prays to Kanhaji, hoping that Narayani will come to her senses before Rani creates another problem. She reminds Divijay not to support Rani under any circumstances. He assures Baa that he won’t, but Rani declares that she doesn’t need his help. Divijay challenges her, saying he will watch how she handles the college management on her own.

When Rani arrives at the college, she is immediately surrounded by the media. Reporters claim that today the college will decide whether she is guilty or innocent. Baa tells Narayani to wait and see what Rani does next. Meanwhile, Ishaan gathers everyone to watch the news, which is broadcasting the shocking claim that Rani performed an operation despite being a first-year student. Seeing the media crowding Rani and blocking her way infuriates Narayani. Ishaan quickly calls Divijay, but before he can say anything, the media spots Divijay entering the college. Rani and everyone else are stunned by his unexpected arrival.
