MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Narayani handing a timetable to Rani and Devu, instructing them to wake up at 6 AM and follow her schedule. She informs them that they will have numerous responsibilities and demands their commitment. Rani questions why they should take on these tasks instead of the house helper. She also tells Narayani that she has an important exam to take, but Madhuri assures Narayani that she will manage everything. Rani requests to follow the rules after her exam, but Narayani refuses, declaring that she does not need a doctor as her daughter-in-law.
Rani pleads with Narayani to let her study, and Gayatri also urges Narayani to support Rani’s aspirations. However, Baa warns Gayatri not to interfere and uses Devu as an example, saying she has no clear goal in life. Vijay speaks up, saying that no one should be deprived of their dreams and ambitions. Narayani, concerned about her son, insists that he must not be disturbed. Rani agrees to comply with Narayani’s demands while balancing her studies. She assures everyone that all four daughters-in-law, including Pinky, will manage the household together. Rani also reminds Pinky, as the eldest daughter-in-law, that they will learn from her.
Meanwhile, Digvijay (DJ) returns home and orders Rani to keep the geyser on for her son. He is surprised to see Narayani assigning tasks to Rani for him. Baa tells Digvijay that Rani is his wife, and Narayani instructs her to place a clean towel in the bathroom and iron his clothes. Digvijay mentions that he has an important conference and needs a suit. Narayani orders Rani to fetch a new suit for him, which frustrates Rani as she continues to receive orders from Narayani.
Digvijay relaxes on the sofa and questions Rani about her sudden dramatics. He asks why she did not inform his mother about her desire to study, but Rani counters that he could have spoken up on her behalf as well. Narayani massages Baa while Pinky brings halwa for them. Pinky starts acting dramatic in front of Baa and Narayani. Narayani tells Pinky to rest and avoid working in the kitchen. Instead, she asks Pinky to check on Digvijay’s room.
Rani starts ironing Digvijay’s clothes while he sings in the bathroom. Narayani calls Rani to fetch coffee from Digvijay, so she momentarily leaves the room. Seizing the opportunity, Pinky sneaks in and leaves the iron on Digvijay’s outfit. Rani comes to take Digvijay’s coffee, while Pinky declares that she cannot work with them. Secretly, she anticipates the trouble about to unfold in Digvijay’s room. As Digvijay steps out of the bathroom, he notices his pants burning and starts yelling at Rani. The entire family gathers, and Digvijay accuses Rani of neglecting her responsibilities. Rani insists that she placed the iron aside, but Narayani accuses her of deliberately ruining the clothes. Both Pinky and Narayani claim that Rani intentionally burned the outfit to avoid work.
Narayani sternly warns Rani, while Baa taunts her in front of everyone. As Digvijay walks past Rani, he accidentally collides with her, causing his coffee to spill on his clothes. Furious, Narayani hands Rani a pile of clothes, instructing her to practice ironing. Together, Baa and Narayani begin training Rani. Ishaan advises Digvijay to control his anger and offers him a strategy to deal with Rani. He remarks that Rani never had to do household chores in her father’s home, and she is continuing the same behavior here.
