MUMBAI: Renowned producer Sandiip Sikcand is set to bring a new show titled Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali on Star Plus. The daily will star newcomers Shivangi Khedkar and Sai Ketan Rao in the lead roles.
Sandiip Sickand’s previous serial Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum starring Karan V Grover and Dipika Kakkar was a hit show and now he is set to spread magic yet again on screen with his new offering.
TellyChakkar has learnt that the show will star famous Gujarati actress Ragini Shah and actress Sarika Raghwa.
Ragini who was last seen in Naamkarann will play Hero Sai Ketan Rao’s mother while Sarika who has been part of ULLU’s Virgin Boys, will play a cameo in the show.
The show will also star actors namely Asmita Ajgaonkar, Priyanka Dhavale, Sayli Salunkhe, Karan Manocha amongst others.
As reported by us, the show will replace singing reality show Taare Zameen Par at 6.30pm sometime in February.
