This weekend, the kids will get a special surprise as their family members visit the sets to cheer them on.
The Li’l Champs of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, who have taken the nation by storm with their spectacular performances have been away from their home and family for over 2 months now and have started missing their families. So to surprise these Li’l Champs and bring a smile on their faces, the makers of Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs 5 decided to call each of their families and friends on the sets.
Visiting Arunita was her maternal uncle who is also her guru. Teaching her music ever since she was a little girl, he was glad to watch his niece perform on a national platform today. After Arunita, it was time for Arvind’s family to surprise him. Having not met his younger sister and mother for over two months, Arvind was pleasantly surprised to see them on the sets. Refusing to leave the side of her brother, Arvind’s younger sister could not stop her tears the moment she saw him. From going to school together to pulling each other’s hair, Arvind and his sister are peas of the same pod. His cute sister didn’t just bring a smile on Arvind’s face but also lit up the entire set with her adorable ways. Sneha, who has got a new identity as ‘bag’wati for constantly carrying a bag full of food, make-up and other utilities, was surprised with a cake in the shape of a bag by none other than her own school principal and friends.
Apart from the family members of the kids, captain of the boys team Shaan was in for a surprise too when his guruji – Ghulam Mustafa Khan visited the sets. Speaking about his disciple Shaan, he said, “Shaan is one of the best behaved and patient people I’ve come across. He sports a smile even when he is exasperated or stressed. I’m blessed to have a student like him … he has made me so proud.”
