Film Farm India Pvt. Ltd kick starts the New Year with a bang. Film Farm is currently producing a TVC with Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor for a leading brand. The ad film is being directed by Siddharth Anand and the three day shoot is taking place at a city studio. It’s the first time that Hrithik Roshan & Sonam Kapoor are being paired with each other. The company has produced over 350 television commercials till date for top of the line brands like HUL, Pepsi, Hero Motors and L'Oreal to name a few. In the Advertising arena, they were one of the first production houses that presented itself as a Hub of Talent and tied up with multiple directors from Bollywood as well as International directors to offer their clients a broader base to make the best possible choice for a film. Spearheaded by the business and creative acumen of Kalyan Guha and. Rupali Guha, Film Farm has established itself as a transparent, intelligent and creative production house that operates on a professional and progressive platform.
Also, Film Farm’s Marathi feature film Narbachi Waadi has been officially selected to compete at the ongoing 12th Pune International Film Festival (PIFF). Narbachi Waadi, a comedy film is an adaptation of the famous play "Shajjano Bagan" by Manoj Mitra. The movie stars Dilip Prabhavalkar, Manoj Joshi, Kishori Shahane and is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. The movie will be screened under the Marathi Feature Film competition section. Only seven movies have been selected in the Marathi feature competition. The movie received enormous critical acclaim and was a box office success. It also marked the advent of Film Farm in the feature film sector. Film Farm will shortly go on floor with two Marathi feature films and one Hindi feature film as well under their film division.
In the television division Film Farm is currently producing ‘Uttaran’ on Colors and ‘Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se’ on Zee. Their popular Hindi daily soap Uttaran will soon complete 1300 episodes. In the regional television they are producing Marathi daily soap ‘Asava Sundar Swapnancha Bangla’ on E TV, the TV series has completed 300 plus episodes till date. Film Farm will soon start work for a TV show for Disney and two dailies for regional channels.
