Everyone needs to relish some downtime, time and again, and make the most of their free time by taking up a hobby. Be it a new interest or a childhood passion, the actors surely know how to put their spare time to use. Drashti Dhami, who has been winning accolades across the globe for her exemplary performance in STAR Plus’ show Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, excels in time management. While other actors prefer catching up on sleep or socializing, this lady paints to relive her childhood days.

She may not be an avid painter but to stimulate her creativity and reminisce on her childhood days she paints. Admitting on the same, Drashti said, “During my childhood days, I used to paint quite often. I am not a professional painter, but during my breaks, I end up helping the crew paint vases. Painting is therapeutic for me as it helps me gather my thoughts. Also, it brings out the child in me and keeps me connected to my childhood."

She also shared, "Colours make me happy, it works like a stress buster.”

Drashti surely is a source of inspiration to the industry!
