&TV is all set to unfold the stories of Gokul ke Nandlal who came to be revered as Lord Shri Krishna in the magnum opus Paramavatar Shri Krishna. Krishna was loved by everyone and his stories are an inspiration to people across age groups. As a dedication to their favourite Kanha, The Voice India Kids winner Nishtha Sharma and the adorable Ayat Shaikh, have recorded the famous Anup Jalota song ‘Maiyya mori, main nahi makhan khayo’ in their melodious voice.
The song beautifully expresses how our little kanha reasoned out with Yashodha maiiya on being caught stealing makhan! And both Nishtha and Ayat have captured this emotion exceptionally well.
A source who was present during the recording shared, “The thought behind the song was that Shri Krishna is caught by maiya stealing makhan. When maiya questions him, he says that he hasn’t stolen it. And then he goes on to present a case with justification that indicates that he hasn’t stolen it. The song is interspersed with shots of our Krishna and the video is looking good. During the recording, singer Sushma Shreshtha also had come to studio as she likes Ayat and her singing a lot.”
The delectable Little Krishna played by 4-year old Nirnay Samadhiya has already captured the heart of the nation.
