MUMBAI:Meenakshi clutches the Rudraksh as Sundar instructed, signaling a change of heart. Sundar laughs upon seeing this, prompting Arunasur and Vayu to question his sanity. Meenakshi, however, feels betrayed—she sought Sundar’s help, yet he is laughing. In the basti/locality, the people recognize Sundar’s laughter, knowing he never acts without purpose. Animals and birds mysteriously flee the area.

Sundar boldly declares to Vayu that he has won his love. Vayu refuses to believe it and threatens to kill him before marrying Meenakshi. Arunasur urges Meenakshi to stay silent, as bloodshed benefits the asuras. At Arunasur’s command, Vayu attacks Sundar, but Sundar tricks him and escapes. When Vayu strikes again, a snake intervenes, shocking everyone except Sundar. As animals and birds return, Sundar declares that nature itself is protecting Meenakshi and won’t allow this marriage. Arunasur, however, insists that Meenakshi belongs to him and will not defy him.
Sundar urges Meenakshi to speak her truth. Under pressure from Arunasur and Shukracharya, she finally declares she will not marry Vayu. Diti scolds her, reminding her of her devotion to Arunasur, but Meenakshi stands firm, asserting a woman’s right to choose her husband. She pleads for Arunasur’s understanding, but he deems her defiance worthy of death. Sundar tells Meenakshi it’s time to leave, but Vayu warns she cannot escape her fate. Sundar insists that only Mahakaal decides death. Kanchanmala urges Meenakshi to go with Sundar, while Shukracharya and Diti try to stop her.
Lord Narayan, however, blesses Meenakshi’s decision, encouraging her to embrace this new chapter. Sundar takes her hand, leading her away, as Arunasur and his allies seethe in rage. Meanwhile, in Kailash, Nandi prays for Shiv and Shakti’s return, but Lord Narayan warns it won’t be easy.
