MUMBAI: Lord Shiva explains to Devi Parvati that Mansa has not committed any crime deserving punishment—she merely seeks revenge against her father. He urges Parvati to calm her anger, reminding her that rage is one’s greatest enemy and that decisions made in fury are unwise. Later, Lord Narayan meets Shiva privately, expressing sorrow that devotees will no longer have bel leaves for Shivling puja. Shiva shares this concern, knowing it will distress his followers. Mansa arrives and demands that the Tridev reveal the bel tree to devotees, declaring that Shiva himself shaped her into who she is. Narayan rebukes her, but Mansa insists that Shiva and Narayan are one. Shiva remarks that Mansa fails to understand Kadru’s suffering.
Kadru prays at the Shivling, weeping for a way to stop Mansa. When Mansa appears, she offers Kadru food, claiming their mother-daughter bond remains unchanged—yet warns that this may be their last meeting. Kadru refuses to accept this, but Mansa, undeterred, feeds her before ordering soldiers to cover the Shivling. Kadru protests, calling it a sin, but Mansa declares the sin has already begun. She boasts of defeating Parvati and now aims to conquer Shiva, vowing to strip him from his devotees.
Back in Kailash, Parvati informs Shiva of Mansa’s scheme. Shiva laments that he never wanted her anger to drive her to such extremes. Parvati vows to intervene, but Shiva doubts Mansa will listen and departs. When Parvati confronts Mansa, pleading with her to stop, Mansa defiantly proclaims her intent to destroy Shiva’s world. Parvati warns that Shiva may retaliate to protect creation, but Mansa remains adamant, banning all Shivling worship.
