MUMBAI:Gulshan attempts to run over Suman and Teerth with his truck, but Teerth manages to save Suman. Gulshan tries again but loses sight of them and continues searching. Meanwhile, Akhil receives a fake call from Devika, posing as someone from the CM’s office, urging him to leave for urgent work since Teerth is unreachable. As Teerth rescues Suman once more, he starts suspecting that the truck is following them.

At the hospital, Devika disguises herself as a nurse to enter Rishi’s cabin. Before she can go in, Akhil insists that she remove her mask for identification, but he gets momentarily distracted by a doctor’s call. Seizing the opportunity, Devika enters the cabin, removes Rishi’s oxygen mask, and declares that no one can save him now. Rishi struggles to breathe, calling out for Suman. Just then, a hand appears and restores the oxygen mask—it’s Vikram.
Devika is shocked to see Vikram, who reveals that he had anticipated her actions and recorded everything. When Devika claims he can never prove it, Vikram confidently shows her the footage of her removing Rishi’s mask, leaving her stunned. Meanwhile, Teerth, suspecting Devika’s involvement after seeing Gulshan’s accident, calls Akhil and Bhoomi for an update on Rishi, but they don’t answer. Suman then calls Vikram, who assures her that Rishi is safe and sends a video as proof. Suman, reassured, tells Teerth that Vikram has always been a trustworthy friend who truly cares for Rishi, making Teerth uneasy.

However, Vikram doesn’t send the original footage of Devika’s crime. Before he can, Devika challenges him, saying that exposing her won’t matter because she holds secrets of her own. She accuses Vikram of orchestrating the attack on Teerth and getting the truth out of her daughter. Using this as leverage, she blackmails him into an alliance. Devika manipulates Vikram, proposing they work together, as Rishi is the key to their success. Since they share a common enemy—Teerth—eliminating Rishi will benefit them both. Vikram agrees, and they form an alliance to kill Rishi. Just as they prepare to carry out their plan, someone unexpectedly enters the cabin.
