13th Indian Telly Awards: Vote appeal from Aamir, Rohitashv and Dilip for the Best Actor in a Comic Role (Male) category

They have surely made you smile and also laugh. They are the ones who have emerged champs in the TV space as Actor in a Comic Role (Male). Here we have the nominees of the 13th Indian Telly Awards appealing for votes to help them win in the category. Aamir Dalvi as Senior-Inspector Kavi in Hum Ne Li Hai... Shapath I have been asking my fans and friends on social networking to vote for me and some great friends are also helping me out with it. I know it’s a difficult task to log in and vote but I really hope people take the effort and vote for me. There are nominees who are stand up comedians or talk show host, but I am the one who gets to ‘act’ in a comic way and that too in a very serious show, thus I hope viewers understand this and vote for me. Rohitashv Gour as Mukundi Lal Gupta in Lapataganj - Ek Baar Phir I would really want my fans to vote for me in maximum and help me take back the trophy home. I played a character that had situational comedy and did not create one. There was no over drama in the show and that I feel gives it an edge. Dilip Joshi as Jethalal Champaklal Gada in Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah All these years people have voted for me and I would want my viewers to continue their love and support and help me win the award this year too. The award can go to anyone deserving although I hope I win (smiles). Other nominees Krushna Abhishek (Comedy Circus) and Kapil Sharma (Comedy Nights with Kapil) remained unavailable to comment.
