Aashka Goradia is a doting sister

However, there are many actors who make sure that they do not take their family for granted. Take Aashka Goradia, for instance, who’s seen in Laagi Tujhse Lagan as Kala. She had to attend a cousin brother’s (Rahul Goradia) wedding and she applied for a ten day leave from her daily show, four months in advance. And from what we hear, the actress had a gala time attending the wedding. “My sister-in-law (Shruti Sharma) is a north Indian so we got to experience a north Indian wedding. It was grand and a fantastic experience for all of us”, said the Laagi star. Not only this, she had lots of fun after the wedding as well. Her newly wedded brother was to enter his room where his bride was waiting for him and Aashka along with three other sisters didn’t let him inside. “We blocked his way and did not let him enter till he actually paid us a lot of money. It was fun since he wanted to meet his wife at three in the night and we weren’t letting him in,” Aashka says. The actress drove home on November 27, 2011 to attend the wedding scheduled for 1 December, 2011. And the actress got back to Mumbai yesterday 5 December, 2011.
