Akanksha enjoys some "yummy mummy time"; Preeti Chaudhary misses it

Our television actresses always share a very special bond with their mothers as they like taking them everywhere they go. One such example is actress Giaa Maanek, currently a participant of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She likes having her mother with her wherever she goes. In fact, she was recently in news for being at an illegal hukka parlour with her mom. Yes, she was with her mother, rest is history.

Anyway, moving on, the new favourite of the TV world Akanksha Singh, better known as Megha, of Sunshine Productions’ Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, spent some quality time with her mother during her visit from Jaipur to Mumbai. When we wanted to know more about the daughter-mother relations, she said, “I have been leaving from work a little early to roam with my mom. Since my brother and dad are back home in Jaipur, she is the only person left at home with me. Naturally, I try and be with her as much as possible.” The actress’s mother has returned to Jaipur on 26 June and we are sure she is missing her now. On the other hand, Preeti Chaudhary, known as Ambi of Colors’ Kairi, is somebody who failed to spend some quality time with her mother when she was in Mumbai recently. And she does feel bad about it. The only time that the actress saw her mother during her visit to Mumbai was while she was sleeping and she does feel helpless about it and observes, “Though I wanted to be with her, I never got the required time. Every time I returned home from my shoots I used to go to sleep as I used to always be too tired to do anything. And whenever I used to leave for work, she used to be sleeping. Hence I never really got the time to be around her.” However, despite her busy schedule, Preeti did manage to take out a couple of hours before her mother’s departure. Taking an early leave from her shoot, she took her mother for dinner and also helped her buy something for herself from a mall. “I know I couldn’t really spend quality time with her but the next time she comes I will make it a point to be around her,” she ends.
