MUMBAI: Aly Goni posted on Instagram to support Jasmin Bhasin in the midst of her unfortunate incident involving corneal damage. The former Yeh Hai Mohabbatein star shared a cute photo of himself hugging Jasmin.
The pair flashed their million-dollar smile while sporting traditional attire. Aly referred to his ladylove as the "strongest" in the caption of his post. In response to Aly Goni's article, Jasmin Bhasin also left a heart-shaped reply in the comments section.
According to reports on Sunday, Bhasin's contact lens incident resulted in corneal injury, which has negatively impacted her vision. Jasmin revealed to the well-known news source about the incident, stating that it took place while she was in Delhi. The actress's eyes began to hurt when she wore lenses, which prevented her from attending the event on July 17.
“I wanted to see a doctor, but due to work commitments, I decided to participate in the event first and then visit the doctor. I wore sunglasses during the event and the team helped me with handling things, as I couldn’t see properly after a while. We went to an eye specialist late at night, who diagnosed me with corneal damage and placed bandages on my eyes,” she said.
The actress further shared that she is in a lot of pain at the moment and has been advised to rest by the doctors. “I am in a lot of pain. Doctors have told me I should recover in the next four to five days, but until then, I need to take good care of my eyes. It’s not easy because I can’t see properly and the pain makes it difficult even to sleep,” she added.
Jasmin Bhasin and Aly Goni’s romantic relationship is not a secret. They made it official on Bigg Boss 14. In a recent interview, Jasmin was asked about her marriage plans with Aly when she shared that they will do it when they “feel like”.
“Honestly on that front, both of us don’t have any plans. We have not sat and had this conversation ki kal kar lete hai ya parso kar lete hai. (We will do it tomorrow or day after). Every time we discuss, we say that we will do it when we feel like but both of us also are very ambitious and strong individuals,” Jasmin said.
Jasmin Bhasin has contributed to a number of popular television programmes, including Dil Se Dil Tak, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, and Naagin 4. In addition to Bigg Boss, Jasmin took part in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi - Made in India, an action reality show. In 2022, she made her screen debut in the Punjabi cinema industry with the film Honeymoon, which also starred Gippy Grewal. She will soon be seen in the September release of Ardaas Sarbat De Bhale Di in cinemas.
