MUMBAI : The drama is peaking in Sony Entertainment Television’s fiction show, ‘Kavya – Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon!’ Currently, viewers have seen Kavya (Sumbul Touqeer Khan) unexpectedly charmed by a delightful little child who quickly bonds with her and invites her to his birthday party. While she readily agrees to be a part of his special day, she is unaware that he is Adi’s (Mishkat Varma) nephew, the son of Alka and Omi, and is named after his late father.
Meanwhile, Kavya's family is urging her to remarry and is looking for a potential partner for her. To deflect their efforts, Kavya devises a plan and pretends that her newfound friend, Vicky (Mudit Nayar), is her boyfriend, and she brings him along to the birthday celebration.
But little did Kavya and Vicky know that they would end up seeing Adi and his entire family, who are also present at the event, creating a tense situation. As the party progresses, Kavya and Vicky take to the dance floor, adding to the festive atmosphere. However, the cheerful moments soon give way to high drama, as Kavya and Adi are on the verge of a dramatic reunion, complicated by Vicky’s presence as her supposed boyfriend. This unexpected encounter stirs up old emotions and unresolved issues, leading to a series of poignant and potentially explosive moments as Kavya and Adi come face to face, with Vicky caught in the middle.
Speaking about the upcoming track, Sumbul Touqeer Khan shares, “Kavya has undergone a dramatic change over the past three years. She has changed her outlook towards life and does not want to come face to face with her past as it would break her morale. However, she unknowingly reaches the birthday celebration and is shocked to see Adi and his family present at the same event. Thinking on her toes, she joins Vicky on the dance floor and invariably meets Adi who she can no longer avoid. While we really enjoyed shooting the dance sequence, enacting the tense moments between Vicky, Kavya and Adi was intense. I hope viewers enjoy this episode.”
Be sure to tune in to ‘Kavya – Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon, every Monday to Friday at 7:30 PM only on Sony Entertainment Television
