Amit Behl is a multi-tasking actor

Handling many shows at one point of time can be extremely difficult for any actor. And if all these shows belong to different genres altogether, then the jobs becomes even tougher. Ask actor Amit Behl who is part of three shows, currently. He plays Rony Kapoor in Channel V’s Humse Hai Life, Sonopant in Color’s historical saga, Veer Shivaji and Maharaj Giriraj in Sony Entertainment’s rags to riches story, Dekha Ek Khwaab. “All these characters are extremely different from each other,” says Amit. In fact, he admits that it becomes extremely difficult when he has to shoot for these series at the same time. “I play a Maratha Peshwa in Veer Shivaji, royalty in Dekha Ek and a totally different character in Humse Hai; so switching becomes a task,” adds the actor. But since he has been in the industry for so long, he can accomplish it very easily. In fact, he tells us that the Sony daily is his 125 show. “I have been in the industry for so long. It’s been nearly two decades for me,” he gushes. Talking about the future, he says he would love to produce plays. “Theatre is my first love and whenever I will get into production it will have to be plays,” he ends.
