Amita, Chavvi, Shilpa ousted from Saas vs Bahu

She finished in the top three of Nach Baliye 3, but Amita Chandekar couldn’t go beyond the second week in Saas vs Bahu . Amita and her team of bahus, which included Chavvi Mittal and Shilpa Saklani, have been eliminated from this unique dance reality show. Says Amita, “It does hurt when you lose by just one point. Besides, I’ve been the top scorer in our team for this week. However, we fell behind in aggregate marks.” Amita, Chavvi and Shilpa lost to the team of Priya Arya, Jayati Bhatia and Kamalika Guha. In this team of saas, one expected Kamalika, a trained dancer, to deliver however she was surprisingly disappointing. Amita adds, “One expected Kamalika to beat us but she’s been scoring low marks. The tide turned when Shubhang Aatre performed for her on-screen saas Priya Arya. Shubangi’s performance really uplifted their team.” Amita isn’t upset with any of her teammates and she’s confident of making a return via a wild card. “Since I was the best dancer in my team, I hope that I’m given first preference for the wild card round,” Amita sighs.
