MUMBAI: After playing Inspector Vinod in Bhaukaal recently. Now he’s all bulked up for a horror anthology web film starring Adah Sharma, Siddhanth Kapoor, Anuritta Jha, Dipanita Sharma & Mishti Chatterjee.
Amitt is playing lead in one of the stories along with Anuritta, who was last seen in MX player’s Aashram.
The story called "Pravaasi" written and directed by Elvin Raja & produced by Shahana Sunny of Creative music productions happens in two parallel timelines in present and 3 millenniums ago. It explores the cyclic nature of good Vs evil with a twist of horror.
Amitt is all excited for his body transformation and exclaims, “ yes, it’s a very special project for me, I would like to thank my director for believing in me. I had never attempted such different and brave character. When this project came to me, I was asked to gain 15kgs and I got really excited. I had 2 months to prepare for my character and I achieved the given weight target. I realised that my transformation helped me to get into the skin of the character who’s an Warrior gone rogue who is now a maniacal blood junkie who kills for fun.
