MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings.
These days, the show's track focuses on quite an interesting narrative, where the show has taken a six months leap and Anupama and Bapuji are staying in an old age home and Vanraj is becoming a big shot. Dimpy, Toshu and Pakhi are spoiled and Kinjal is taking care of the entire house along with Baa.
In today's episode we did see how Baa brought a proposal for Meenakshi as she would want her to get married and settle down as they suspect that she is having some affair with Sagar.
Meenakshi tells them that she has just started her career and that she wants to become a successful doctor and not get married and they shouldn't force her as then things wouldn't work.
She tells everyone that she rejected the proposal as no one asked her wish and they just called the boy's party without asking what she wants and this has upset her and told everyone not to worry and that she will handle Vanraj.
The fans feel that finally someone from the Shah family is strong and is venting her feelings and not listening blindly to the family and this was needed.
Some also feel that she is the only person who can stand against Baa and Vanraj and not bend down is her and that she shouldn't change and she would be the one who will bring the change in the Shah family.
Netizens also say that she will bring a huge change in the Shah family and she will fight for her love and won't give up on it and will bring Vanraj and Baa back on track.

Pooja Singh: I really loved what Meenkashi did. She was really strong and stood up for herself which was so important and she voiced her opinion and told everyone how she doesn't want to get married and wants to focus her career which shocked Baa but good to see the change in the Shah house.
