Speaking on the same subject, the actress disclosed the reason she must keep working despite suffering a severe shoulder injury. Rupali Ganguly discussed the same subject in Hindi, stating that she tore a ligament in her shoulder at that precise moment while attempting to grasp onto something. The terrible pain didn't start to hurt until the following day. In response to the interviewer's question regarding her shoulder issue, she stated, "Hum log TV wale hai, hume in muscle tear ke liye chhutti nahi milti.(We are TV people, and we don't get leaves for small muscle tear)."

She went on to say that she had been attending her afternoon physiotherapy sessions as planned. The actress stated that if she has time, she will undergo an MRI to see what precisely happened because the discomfort hasn't gone away after ten days. Rupali finished by expressing her gratitude for having work and being able to do what she loves. She also admitted that God is the source of her strength.

Anupamaa is among the most well-liked serials on Indian television, and its popularity has grown significantly over time.
