MUMBAI:Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions.

The current drama focuses on how Anuj has come to know the truth that it was Shruti who was responsible for Anupamaa’s destruction of career and the reason why Spice and Chutney shut down. He has broken his engagement with her after knowing this truth. Anupamaa, Aadhya and others requested him to not break off from Shruti but he remained adamant.  

The episodes ahead will showcase Anuj and Anupamaa’s romance.

Amid all of this, what caught our attention is Vanraj Shah’s quirky comments and amid a serious situation, he brought out humour which was also very relatable to the situation.

His dialogue delivery and acting skills, no wonder are extremely good, but this time he convinces us that Vanraj Shah is such a layered character who has anger, can feel low too, can laugh, can smirk and taunt and at the same time use a mix of humour and sarcasm to entertain the audience.

Amit Khanna mentioned, “I have been a fan of Vanraj Shah from the very beginning. I have loved the variations Sudhanshu Pandey has to offer. He is a talented artist.”

Smriti Thakkar expressed, “Firstly, Anupamaa is an off-beat show. While I like all the artists, Vanraj Shah manages to catch my attention because he has a unique personality.”

Krutika Sheth said, “We have seen Vanraj play a sophisticated businessman, then how he tries to be a family oriented person and stands up for his kids too. There was a time he even felt guilty and came closer to Anupamaa. This side of Vanraj where he is using sarcasm and raw wit is something I have fallen in love with!”

Akshita Rao shared, “Vanraj Shah has never had a consistent personality. There has always been a change in having a perspective about him according to the situation in the show. He has an interesting personality.”
