Archana attempts suicide in Pavitra Rishta

Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta reaches an emotional peak when a highly disappointed Archana (Ankita Lokhande) attempts suicide. The girl who is immensely frustrated with rejections from prospective grooms will try to end her life. Along with this there will be a new entry in the show who will play Manav’s (Sushant Singh Rajput) uncle. Informs a source, “After a series of rejections by prospective grooms and their families, Archana found hope in Satish whose family accepts her and fixes Satish’s marriage with Archana. But Archana’s sister-in-law and her mother conspire against her and malign her by wrongly framing her as a prostitute. Satish then refuses to marry Archana.
