Arjun falls in love with Asha in Mata Ki Chowki

Mata Ki Chowki has leaped forward by 18 years and now one will get to see the new male lead in the show. Ankit Bathla (last seen in Bhagonwali) will be the new man. We had earlier reported that Asha ( Sangeeta Khanayad) has turned 18 and will start facing problems from Manorama and her family but, soon she will have someone to support her. A source says, “Ankit will play Arjun Saxena, who is their lawyer’s son. He has just returned from the US after completing his studies and will be a practising doctor in India. He visits the Tekriwal house on Asha’s birthday when Dolly pulls the carpet from down under Asha’s feet to trouble her landing her accidentally into Arjun’s arms. It’s love at first sight for Arjun. Their love story will begin but Manorama will want Dolly to get married to Arjun hence, she will try to sideline Asha. But, Asha and Arjun will keep meeting on different occasions and he will also be her helping hand. “In the upcoming episodes, one will see Nisha trying to kill Arjun with a dagger as she is the evil child but Asha will save him.” Ankit confirmed his participation in the show. His entry will happen on Friday.
