MUMBAI: Actress Ashi Singh who’s known for her impeccable acting skills and flawless skin¸ opens up about how Yoga has helped her stay healthy and fit, and the importance it has in her life.
Talking about how and when she started to practice Yoga, she says, “I have been practicing Yoga since a long time now. I got inspired to take up Yoga because of my mother. And when I actually started practicing it, I started to realise how positively it started impacting my internal health. And I’m a firm believer that if you’re fit from inside, you glow differently on the outside. Yoga makes me feel the positive vibes, and I think it’s one of the best forms of workouts that exists”.
She further adds, “Yoga keeps one active, energetic, and in the longer run, there are great health benefits. Yoga isn’t also a very difficult practice. One can pick up the level gradually as they progress. If one hasn’t ever done Yoga, they can always start on a beginner level and progress gradually”
Ashi has won hearts with the roles in shows like Aladdin and Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, and would like to be part of more shows that can challenge the actor in her.
