Aspiring actors should be focused to achieve what they want: Ravi Chauhan

MUMBAI: There are thousands of actors who play supporting roles to the protagonists, give the film a new lease of credibility, and areas, if not more, talented than the main leads. However, they do not receive as much fame and stardom as they deserve. In our Casting Call segment, we present a list of some of the most significant Indian television, web, and Bollywood actors who we hope eventually get their due in the future.

TellyChakkar spoke to actor Ravi Chauhan and asked him about his journey and upcoming projects. We asked Ravi how he started his career, to which he said that when he used to watch a lot of movies. He even did theatre for 13 years. Then, he came down to Mumbai in 2014 and starred in a few advertisements.

After a few months, he bagged a role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Subsequently, he auditioned for Baavle Utaavle and is currently a part of it.

He also stated that it was difficult to sustain in the industry and in a city like Mumbai. However, one needs to believe in oneself, work hard, and not lose hope.

He also has a Bollywood movie coming up, but he can’t speak much about it as of now.

When we asked him what advice he has for the aspiring actors, he said, 'Be focused on your work. Don't get diverted by the glamour in the industry. Work with passion to achieve what you want.'
