Atul Srivastava, who was last seen in Mrs & Mr Allahabadwale, will now be entering Gili Gili Gappa. He will be playing two different roles –of a caretaker of an old haveli and a ghost. A source says, “It so happens that Vishnu along with the kids enter the haveli since it needs some repairs. This is when Atul enters the show as the caretaker and asks the kids to be careful of a mysterious ghost in the haveli. They start noticing unusual things in the haveli and get worried. They request the help of their fairy to help them out of the situation. It is then later revealed that the ghost is Atul himself.” Atul says, “It was great shooting with the kids, Varunji (Badola) and Shwetaji (Gulati). I am playing a double role and have never played a ghost before. More than acting, the make-up and get-up was very challenging, for one scene I had to wear ‘black’ make-up, for the other part it was a scary get-up. So it was challenging and time consuming. My get-up as a ghost looked so natural that I couldn’t recognise myself. For a moment I thought I might just scare everyone on the sets! But obviously, I couldn’t manage to scare a single person. The kids played pranks on me instead.” Well, we hope the viewers are at least scared!
