MUMBAI: Meet, a well-liked fantasy show on Zee TV, has a particular place in viewers' hearts. The show tells the tale of Meet Hooda, a strong woman who challenges social expectations of gender roles and demonstrates that women are capable of handling any task or duty, has kept viewers on the edge of their seats via a number of twists and turns over the years and it has captured audiences' attention.

After a 16-year gap, audiences have been engrossed in the tale of Sumeet (Ashi Singh), Meet's daughter, as she strives to uphold the name of her late mother. While the show's unique storyline twists have kept viewers captivated, they have also relished the high-end drama of Shlok (Syed Raza Ahmed) and Sumeet returning to India from Pakistan.

It is simple to believe that because our favourite actors consistently do their finest work while appearing beautiful, they must have adequate time to take care of themselves. Ashi Singh mentioned, “I start my day at 6 AM with my workout which pumps me up with a rush of energy. I have been learning various techniques at the gym, which is adding to my overall strength training. Moreover, it has become a major stressbuster for me, when I am at the gym, all my stress and tiredness take the backseat. It is my new-found love, and I am looking forward to achieving my fitness goal. Working out helps me look fit and remain healthy throughout the day even when there are long hours of shoot.”
