MUMBAI: Ghum Hai Kisi key Pyaar Mein has the premise that Virat, a young police officer, marries a woman said to honour the promise he made to her dying father. But when his former lover Pakhi re-enters his life.
The story has gone beyond the premise for a long while now.

The viewers will further see how the entire family will go to see Virat after Pulkit tells them they can meet him for once. Ashwini and Ninad will decide to stay in the hospital for Virat as they don't want to leave him alone.
However, Paakhi will once again find an opportunity to stay close to Virat.
She will tell Bhavani that Ashwini, Ninad, Shivani, Mohit, and Devyani will easily let Sai meet Virat after everyone leaves.
Paakhi will further say that she is the only one who will not listen to Sai and also not allow her to enter the room.
