MUMBAI: As India’s most savored dish, it wouldn’t be wrong to call Biryani as an all-time favorite and the go-to food for all the moods! As an indefinable emotion for millions of Indians, Biryani, unfortunately, doesn’t have an emoticon on social media. MTV’s #BiryaniEmoticon campaign is an earnest plea to make the dish India’s first Indian an emoticon on social media.
Following an unparalleled social media support from brands and commoners alike, the #BiryaniEmoticon campaign has received love in heaps and bounds from B-Town as well. Stars likes Ayushmann Khurrana, Soha Ali Khan, Neha Dhupia, Yami Gautam, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Athiya Shetty have supported the initiative of making Biryani an emoticon on social media. Not only that, the love for Biryani also reached far and wide to Bhaijaan Salman Khan who also showered his support when Rannvijay Singha was recently seen offering a Biryani treat to Salman on Bigg Boss 13.
