MUMBAI: Early in the day, TellyChakkar broke the news development on Sony TV’s upcoming show tentatively titled Ahilya Bai based on historic personality Ahilya Holkar.
The project is produced by Dashami Creations and as reported by us the show will star actors namely Sukhda Khandekar and Krish Chauhan playing pivotal roles (Read here: Sukhda Khandekar and Krish Chauhan to join the cast of Sony TV’s Ahilya Bai).
Now, we hear that the makers have roped in popular Marathi actress Snehalata Vasaikar who is known for her stint in Bajirao Mastani.
We hear that Snehalata will depict one of the queens in the show.
Dashami Creations is known for bringing shows which are path-breaking and most importantly known for featuring stellar star cast. Currently, the production house bankrolls Mere Sai on Sony TV which is quite loved and appreciated by masses.
The makers have an eye for actors who can fit into the characters well. A show like Ahilya Bai requires actors who can do justice to the roles.
